CAD | Experience | QCSB | ISO
CTA has established a unique hardware development capability in the area of avionics test, operational flight programs, simulation laboratories, and weapon system integration. Since 1995, CTA has been using these capabilities to team with the Airborne Threat Simulation Organization in the development of electronic countermeasures (ECM) and emitter threat simulator subsystems and pods and has ongoing direct experience manufacturing, testing, modifying, and repairing hardware.

Qualified Certified Small Business
With under 500 employees, CTA’s manufacturing operation qualifies as a small business to help you meet your small business goals.
ISO 9001:2008
The CTA ISO quality system is independently certified for development and manufacturing processes, including:
- Quality control.
- Inventory control.
- Assembly and test procedures.
CTA’s QA Program is conducted in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, the CTA Quality Manual, and the CTA Quality Systems Manual. Manufacturing personnel adhere to the requirements of MIL-STD-454 Workmanship Standard as well as the soldering and inspections standards of MIL-STD-2000. All manufacturing personnel were recently recertified under J-STD-001. Our QA program ensures that any non-conformance issues identified during material and component incoming inspection, manufacturing, or Government acceptance testing is immediately documented and researched to determine the root cause, identify corrective actions required for the problem, update the appropriate processes to prevent reoccurrence, and repair any affected assemblies.
